Therapy Services
Our Approach

As part of a therapy team, Juniper and I work with folks ages 8-25. Each age offers their own unique life stage transition. Whether it is starting to figure out friendships and social boundaries, navigating middle school and peer pressure, developing executive functioning skills to manage different academic and social demands, or making the transition to the independence of young and adulthood. We are here for it all!

I believe that therapy can be a creative space for self discovery. Your interests and passions are a great asset to build resilience and navigate life's challenges. Let's tap into the amazing talents you have within you and let them grow!

I utilize mind-body exercises including breathing, movement, visualization, and other mindfulness practices, to tap into and increase self-awareness so the choices we make fit our intentions.
